  • Contact form and email: name, email, phone, subject, message, language
  • WhatsApp: when you contact us via WhatsApp, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. processes data you submit under their privacy policy
  • Technical data: IP address (including coarse location for language selection), browser, OS, timestamp, referrer URL
  • Cookie settings and language preference (NEXT_LOCALE, cookie_consent)

Purposes and legal bases

  • Processing enquiries and mandate initiation (consent, pre-contractual measures, legitimate interest)
  • Operation, security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest)
  • Anonymised analytics via Vercel Analytics (only with your consent)
  • Automatic language selection based on IP location and browser settings (legitimate interest)

Recipients and processors

Processors: Vercel Inc. (hosting/CDN, USA), Supabase Inc. (database, USA/EU), Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (WhatsApp, Ireland/USA). Contractual safeguards (SCCs, DPAs) are in place. Disclosure to authorities only where legally required.

Retention period

Contact enquiries: 24 months after correspondence ends unless longer retention is legally required. Server logs: max. 90 days. Cookie settings: 12 months.

Your rights

Under revDSG you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, data portability, restriction and objection. Contact info@kanzleitreuhand.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

Cross-border data transfer

Personal data may be transferred outside Switzerland and the EEA (especially the USA). Protection is ensured through recognised standards, EU Standard Contractual Clauses and contractual guarantees.
